金属-微晶陶瓷耐摩衬板在原煤仓漏斗中的应用

Analysis on the damage mechanism of the structure layer and the wear resistant lining of the original bunker funnel and the application of the new type of wear resistant lining of the funnel

摘要: 原煤仓漏斗的耐磨内衬对保护漏斗结构层有着极为重要的作用。通过对原煤仓耐磨内衬损坏机理的分析得知,原煤中腐蚀较强的酸性液体(含硫、磷等成分),是造成钢材腐蚀和混凝土碳化的主要因素,装仓时原煤块体的冲击是导致内衬变形或脱落的诱因,两者共同作用,造成漏斗耐磨内衬的损坏。结合工程实例,针对性地提出新型漏斗耐磨内衬金属-微晶陶瓷复合衬板,可有效解决因冲击和腐蚀而造成耐磨内衬损坏的问题,对此类工程的设计和施工有一定的参考价值。

Abstract: The wear - resistant lining of the original coal hopper plays an important role in protecting the funnel structure.This article through the analysis of the original coal wear-resisting lining damage mechanism, raw coal in the corrosion of strong acid liquid (such as sulfur, phosphorus composition) is steel corrosion and concrete "carbide" , the main factors when bunkering as a result of the impact of raw coal block lining deformation or loss of incentive, both together, causes the damage of funnel wear-resisting lining.Combined with practical engineering, puts forward new funnel wear-resisting lining - - microcrystalline ceramic metal composite plate, can effectively solve the shock and corrosion problem, wear-resisting lining damage caused to such engineering design and construction is of certain reference value.
